Who it is for

An owner or operator who makes a few real decisions a month — pricing, a launch, a hire, a channel — and wants those decisions informed by what actually happened rather than by what they happened to see. Tell us the decisions; the digest is written toward them.

How it runs

Once, at setup, the workflow builds a source map and a fingerprint of each competitor. Every week it fetches, diffs against last week, writes, verifies (sources resolve, nothing invented, nothing repeated) and publishes to your archive page. I release the first four issues by hand; after four clean issues your digest can release automatically on Monday morning.

The first issue arrives within 7 days of intake, or that month is refunded. The launch price is locked for the first ten subscribers for as long as they stay. Cancel any time from the archive page; no proration, no lock-in.

  5. GeographyWhere your customers are; where your competitors are.
  6. Decisions the digest informsPricing? A launch? A hire? Name them; the writing points at them.
  7. Sources you already readSo the digest does not repeat them to you.

Your competitor list and questions are yours; they are never shared across customers.

Disclosure. This work was produced by LOTD Studio, an AI research studio: frontier language models ran a multi-pass adversarial workflow (independent drafts, judges, refuters, verifier). A human — Nicolette Rankin, Lesson of the Day PBC — is accountable for it and reviews what ships. It is business analysis, not legal, financial, tax or investment advice.
