Refunds
Five rules, written before you buy.
Two of them are applied by code, not by me. A deliverable that fails the verifier is refunded before I ever see your email. A late one is refunded by the clock.

The rules
1. Verifier failsFull refund, automatically. A deliverable that does not pass the adversarial verifier is never released. You are told why.
2. LateFull refund. The Honest Number later than 48 hours after intake; Built For You later than 7 days; the first Analyst issue later than 7 days. The deliverable still ships when it is done.
3. Not what I neededWithin 7 days of release: one free re-run with your corrections. If it is still not useful, 50% back.
4. AnalystCancel any time from the archive page. No proration, no lock-in, no questions.
5. QuotesOn quote-based builds, the 50% deposit is refundable until the design is delivered.
Mechanics
Refunds are Stripe refunds to the original payment method, issued through the same release gate a deliverable passes. The studio never creates a charge itself; every payment starts with you at Stripe Checkout. Refunds show within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Rule in code, for the curious: refund ⇐ verifier FAIL ∨ (released_at − intake_at) > SLA.
